McDonalds has transformed a Shoreditch space into a traditional butcher-style shop showing exactly what goes into its beef burgers: meet McDonalds experts, farmers and butchers, learn about the British and Irish beef used, see the whole cuts used to make patties and press your own under a butcher's guidance. Participants also take home exclusive The Counter merchandise.
