Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous joins Kāio's live-fire restaurant for an exclusive two-week residency alongside head chef Sachin Mistry. Expect a six-course tasting menu built around seasonal ingredients, considered flavours and Kāio's charcoal and open-flame cooking, including Dabbous's signature coddled egg. Dinner services only, Wednesday to Saturday: 16-19 Sept and 23-26 Sept. Booking is required.
